Faces of the Force – Aqualisa

Hey Helpers! Welcome back to Faces of the Force, the series where a new helper is interviewed as we get to know them better! This week’s face is the wonderful Aqualisa.

Aqualisa has been in HF for some time now, and you may have seen her in chat during EU hours. Read the interview below to learn more about her!

Snowy: Hey Aqualisa!

Aqualisa: hii

Snowy: Thank you for doing this interview with me! How are you doing today?

Aqualisa: no problem, i’m good thanks, you?

Snowy: I’m good too, thanks! First question: When did you first join Help Force?

Aqualisa: ohh, it must have been about a year ago now. I was in CPR and I’d had other people advertise to me, not sure which armies, and I don’t know why but for some reason I joined Help Force. It was just before Christmas as a friend of mine had rec

Snowy: What a great way to join :hehe: You’ve been here for quite a while, do you have any favorite memories from chat or events?

Aqualisa: um, I love the chaos, and the relaxing voices of the girls leading us through the events. I met Syd here and we’ve been friends ever since. Even though she left discord. I still keep in touch with her. Its great.

Snowy: Those are all great :luv:

How about outside of HF, what are some interests or hobbies of yours?

Aqualisa: um, I love The Flash (i’ve got a particular fav with hartley rathaway/pied piper after developing ear damage and he’s been a character whom i can look to, Sewing and musicals. I’m currently finishing a college course on Production Arts. I also have a habit of spending too long on Pinterest looking at dresses, and nice houses.

Snowy: I can definitely relate to the Pinterest one :hehe:

Production Arts sounds exciting! Can we expect to see you in a musical one day?

Aqualisa: maybe, but backstage so you may see my work on stage.

Snowy: Sounds exciting :hehe:

You mentioned you like sewing, what kind of things do you make?

Aqualisa: um, i’ve made a lot of dresses, skirts and tops. I even made a superhero costume.

Snowy: Those are cool! So far all I can do it a cross stitch, hopefully I Iearn a little more sewing this year :hehe:

Is there anything you’d like to say to the readers before we end?

Aqualisa: um, yes, there is a quote I saw once. The loneliest people are the kindest, The saddest people smile the brightest. The most damaged people are the wisest. All because they do not wish to see anyone else suffer the way they do. Its very true so don’t take kindness, acceptance and love for granted. Not everyone has it and showing kindness to someone else could be the nicest thing someone has done for them. Remember, you don’t always know their story.

That’s all for this week! Thank you for reading, and make sure you say hi to Aqualisa next time you see her in the chat. Remember to leave a comment below if you enjoyed reading, see you next time Helpers!
