Around the HF World – Liqeor

Hello Helpers and welcome to a brand new series in Help Force, Around the HF World, done by GeoIonut and Aleksandr. In this series, we want to know more about the countries from where people from HF are. For the first interview, we have our ex-general and member of the Dynasty of the Help Force: Liqeor. Let’s learn about his country!

GeoIonut: Hi

Aleks: Hello . How do you feel today?

Hi. I’m feeling good, how about y’all?

GeoIonut: I’m fine

The Aleks World Interview

I’m feeling good, thanks for asking. Can you tell us your country of origin, so we will know you better?

sure, I’m from Romania

Lovely. Can you tell us your favourite Romanian tradition, if you have one? Can you explain it a bit?

yeah, one of my favourite tradition would be going around with “capra”. Every time on new year’s eve, people go at each house, dancing around in goat costumes (and also other costumes such as the bear, the gypsy(ies), the old man and old woman), it’s a whole lore, its funny, that’s why I enjoy watching it.

Amazing. Do you have a favourite place that you visited or want to visit in Romania?

I don’t think I have a favourite place that I visited, but I have some specific places that I’d like to visit in Romania such as the Eiffel Tower replica in Slobozia or Izvorul Pizda Babei in Sălaj

Such nice places haha :))))). Do you have any favourite Romanian food or any foods you know from Romanian cuisine?

Yes, I think my favourite Romanian food would be the Sarmale, especially when they’re a little bit spicy

Can you tell to us in which period of the year do Romanians eat this Sarmale(stuffed cabbage)?

hmmm, I don’t know. I’ve recently eaten some so I guess during the autumn or something

If I were a foreign visitor in Romania, which places would you recommend for me to visit? What about the food?

I don’t know, when it comes to places I’d recommend some popular attractions, such as the Bran Castle, but when it comes to food I would invite you at an average romanian “grătar” to taste some mici and cârnați (sausages), also better when slightly spicy, saying from experience.

Nicee, now let’s experiment. As a Romanian, how would you rate your country from 0 to 10 on those three topics I presented to you(traditions, food and places)?

hmmm… I’ll rate the traditions a 7/10. I’ll rate the food a 9/10, and the places an 8/10

Now, my last question. What is your honest opinion on Romania? Would you recommend foreigners to visit it or not? If yes, why?

it’s a nice country. I enjoy exploring it everytime I go new places in it. And I would recommend foreigners to visit it because it’s an unique country in its way, and not only I can tell that, it seemed that ishowspeed enjoyed it too 🙂

Thank you for the answers. My part of the interview is done, now Geo will give you a fun test about the topics mentioned upwards.
