My Journey and Farewell to HF

Hey Helpers. This won’t be the last time I say those words, but it is the last time I’m saying them as your Commander (well, not anymore). My journey in HF is something I will remember for the rest of my life as one of the most amazing journeys of growth and development I’ll ever have online.

Designed by BEASTO

It’s been such a long time since I’ve taken the time to write a post, especially a personal one. IF I miss someone or forget a moment/memory, please don’t take it to heart, I have tried my best! Now, it’s time for me to share my story in HF:

The Journey

[This is gonna be long, so if you aren’t a fan of reading, then you might as well skip this huge wall of text lol. Note that not everything is in chronological order. If you are a fan of reading, though, I do suggest you check out each linked webpost for context and understanding of what things were like, since I cannot type it all up here.]
Also, disclaimer – there’s some swearing/mildly explicit content included!

A Helper in HF

Like every good story, mine starts somewhere stupid.

Back in December 2019, I was reliving my childhood on Club Penguin Online, where I met some random guy named Ayan, who convinced me to join a CPO community Discord server. I looked it up, clicked on the join button, then did absolutely nothing with it! For the next 6-7 months, I never opened the app and never showed up to anything, because I barely knew what Discord even was. If you told me back then that this random server would eat up the next 6 years of my life, and I’d one day be the one leading, I wouldn’t have taken you seriously lol

Fast forward to June 2020, when Legends Cup X was happening, and everyone was enjoying life at home during the COVID-19 lockdown. I had nothing better to do, and I rediscovered Discord and noticed that I was still part of the HF Discord. So I began checking out the events, and before I knew it, I was part of it all, talking to everyone, fully absorbed into this weird little corner of the internet. A couple of you from that era might be reading this right now, which means that you’d remember how insufferable I was back then, being completely immature. But that’s the thing about HF, you don’t stay the same. So many of us grew up here, and somewhere along the way, this random server stopped being random.

As I became more active, I competed in 2020 for the Gamer of the Week title. So I hopped on the recruiting grind, and after weeks and weeks of almost winning GoTW, I finally got it in the first week of October, as GoTW 98 of HF. In that same month, I was also awarded my first “Recruiting Gods” title after coming in 2nd place, tied with Nafis, with Comedy beating us both. On the very next month, on November 1, I was promoted to Major, which was the highest troop rank at the time, where I joined a clique of helpers who had also been promoted to that rank at some point, where we all had letters of the alphabet, in order, with my letter being S. There have been many memories made there, from Nafis being shipped with myself, with Mayathefirst (nafya lol), hosting our own silly Major events, and all sorts of goofy shenanigans we got up to together. I also began meeting members of armies that were allied with us at the time, making friends in other communities like ours, such as the Ice Warriors, the Dark Warriors, and the Army of CP. This began my exposure to the outer community and acquainted me with friendships that would last for years.

Random event we all logged on for in the Majors server – CPATG

I tried shooting my shot by submitting an application to be a staff member, but it did not work out. As my journey continued as a troop, I was still recruiting on CPR, which was the main CPPS at the time and extremely hard to recruit, with alts getting banned in-game left and right. CPR was super strict (shoutout bobbynibbles), and recruiting itself has left so many memories, from preparing recruiting lines that would evade the filters to making alt names and getting banned for the silliest words. Eventually, in December, I set a record for recruiting that still stands today, even with much lighter in-game restrictions on CPJ: 223 in-game recruits in 25 days. As December came to an end, so did Adobe Flash’s compatibility with browsers, which meant that HF was entering a new era in which Flash games like CPR wouldn’t be supported anymore.

Announcement at the end of December 2020

Joining the Staff team

By January 2021, I’d earned my shot at staff, back when the trial rank was still called General in training. Of course I picked the perfect time to join, right when the infamous January drama went off. But by the end of it, I joined the staff team as a General on January 23, 2021, under the Quadrata leadership of Ayan, Elp, Vedant and Nell. HF began settling in with CPR and their HTML5 project up and running, and joined the new league, CPA Headquarters. A memory I will never forget from that time was when we were participating in the March Madness Semi-Finals. The judging was so poor that it birthed a joke that’s now outlived half the people who were there: “overtime??“. That whole thing pushed HF out of the league entirely and to stand on its own as an independent army.

Ayan after the MM Semi-finals

By April 23, I ranked up to Marshal, where I had much more exposure to the outer army community. This was mainly because I had begun interacting with staff members from other armies, and even became friends with them. But this increased more as HF began its involvement in war, particularly the drama with the Silver Empire. From there, we had the first Silver Rush war, after our former allies, the Silver Empire, were troop-stealing members from HF, some of which were in the group of Majors that I was a part of.  Unfortunately, that war did not amount to much, given that it was mostly no-shows from SE and there was no structured map that we were participating in, but we had lots of fun mocking and flaming SE for what they did.

As a marshal, I made more and more friends from all over the community. There are too many people to even mention here, but there are some people I became particularly close with, like Kailey, Tia, Daniel and FatChicken88 from ACP, Pandor from whatever army he was in at the time, Kyle from Dark Warriors, Eden from CPAHQ main, and all sorts of figures from all over the army community. Many of these individuals would come later in my journey, when I would get involved all over the community and what was going on. There was lots of drama with the army leagues, different armies pulling off all sorts of stunts and drama. A notable memory was when Iceyfeet1234, the creator of Ice Warriors, was caught abusing his position in CPAHQ, editing one of the weekly Top Ten posts to place IW at #1 and got told off for it, which ended with them, amongst other reasons, eventually creating Club Penguin Army Network, which HF joined as an alternative to CPAHQ.

On October 07, with the new CPAN map, we relaunched the Second Silver Rush war, which grew into World War VIII, or as people began calling it, the War of No Judges. We invaded SE on the map, and SE, knowing they couldn’t match our size, rallied their allies to form the Western Bloc around them: SE, Water Vikings, SWAT and eventually the Wet Army Penguins. In response, we formed our own alliance, known as the Vengeance Alliance, which consisted of HF, ACP, the Red Ravagers and soon, the People’s Imperial Confederation. This was a major milestone in my journey because it was during the world war that I became heavily involved in the community, but more on that later lol. By December 11, 2021, I made it to Admiral, where my journey continued.

My Journey Outside HF

Being involved in the community didn’t mean just chatting to get bits and bobs of the stories across the community. While all the stuff in HF was going on, I was making friends all over, which sort of gave me an outreach to every corner of the community. At the end of October, after one of the World War VIII battles, I made a joke in the Vengeance Alliance server about creating a new army. That birthed the legendary meme army, the Bose DK Warriors. It became a meme/proxy army with a bunch of our friends from HF, and we proceeded to pick fights with the Red Ravagers, the Chefs and the Templars as a tool to get around certain loopholes within the war.

First mention of the Bose DK Warriors in the Vengeance Discord

Also during the world war, I joined another army, the Wet Army Penguins, before they joined the Western Bloc and got involved in the war. It was a funny name with people I sort of knew from the community, so I requested to be an advisor in the army when it was first released to hop on the meme, and they eventually began using it as a proxy. As an advisor, I had access to the staff and leadership chats that they had, which included private discussions of their plans to get SWAT to declare war on them to protect their land and to avoid battles. I sent a screenshot to Ayan, who then shamed them publicly in our announcements. This technically meant betraying Pandor since I played stupid, but I ended up telling him years later that I did it, and we came out fine, and it was genuinely some of the most fun I’ve had during the war, and we laugh about it to this day.

Pandor in my DMs after Ayan made his announcement

Not long after my admiral promotion, in January 2022, I joined the Moderation team, after being so active in the discussions and coming with my experience in HF, despite HF not being part of the league (long story but we didn’t like CPAN lol), all the way until it shut down in  June and merged with CPAN to form CPA. I kicked off my reporting career in March 2022, before the merge, and the very next month, got my first Reporter of the Month award for April. That whole era had all our events hosted on CPR, since it was the only trusted HTML5 CPPS that was available at the time, but eventually, thanks to Superhero123, we were blessed with our own custom CPPS – CPA Battleground. When they released the first batch of applications, I hopped on it and was accepted as a moderator (even tho i got fired now lol)

One of my more memorable campaigns was when I joined Pandor, Kyle and Monstah/TD999, who I was with during WAP, for the revival of Monstah’s 3rd generation of the Secret Service army, as an advisor, which was way more serious than whatever I did in WAP. Something I’ll never forget from that experience, which was when the army got defaced. Pandor advocated for an experienced veteran from DW (I think), called Mr Sillytickles, to join the SS HCOM team as a Second in Command, which meant him having Administrator permissions in the server. Not long after, he snuck in a couple Discord bots that began deleting channels and absolutely nuking the server, which was the silliest move I’ve seen so far, getting defaced by someone called Mr Sillytickles. I stuck with them until the end of that generation, and later when they revived in 2024.

My First Goodbye

On September 9th, 2022, I retired from my Admiral position for the first time. There wasn’t any grand reason. I just gave the General-to-Admiral climb my best, was stretched across half the community, and figured that my story ended there. I had a great run, a solid rank, some wars and memories that I’d never forget, and said my goodbyes.

For some fun, I went for another round of Bose DK, reviving it at the end of 2022 with a brief second generation, where we had a couple of events here and there and battles now and then, but since I wasn’t active enough, it eventually ended. While I was retired, as HF continued, I remained a Cabinet Secretary for a short while, but then left and was another average Dynasty member, with that green HF Achiever colour.

I’d occasionally come into HF chat to say hello and chat with whoever I remembered or was familiar with, but that was about it. At the end of 2023 and towards the beginning of 2024, I started talking more and more often on the server and reignited old friendships. One of them was my friendship with Roxy, who rejoined ACP as a Moderator. I first met her back in 2020, when we were both troops in HF, and it turned out to be a great friendship, starting with me writing a satirical expose post (there are some crazy screenshots check it out). Being friends with her while she was returned to a community we both had spent years in at the time was something I made fun of her for. Unfortunately, it turned out in the end that my journey with HF was not complete.

The Comeback

Fast forward to June 26, 2024, right before Legends Cup XIV, I realised that I had more time on my hands and was slowly chatting more and more in the server, so I reached out to rejoin as a Cabinet Secretary. Soon after, Ayan told Beasto to rehire me in the HCOM team as an Admiral, alongside RuScorp, and Joe. After weeks of hard work together, we were able to succeed with our teamwork and defeated RPF two times in a row to secure a legendary win for the Legends Cup, a tournament we had never won before, despite multiple runs in the finals.

After a summer of constant recruiting, DMs, hype, and Blue Squadron training, we stood on top as the first Major tournament we won together, and what ended up being the beginning of the second part of my journey. Sometimes you leave a place thinking it’s over, and it pulls you back just in time for the best chapter.

It wasn’t only my journey in HF that was reviving that summer. On June 15, Secret Service was coming back for its 4th generation, and TD999 reached out to me before I rejoined HF to see if I was down to join the SS Council since I was previously an advisor. Little did I know that the revival of this army was being driven by BscharBach2 (if you know who he is, you know why it’s a problem), with the backing of multiple veterans and legends of DCP, known as “The Mob”.

My favourite memory from my time as an SS council member was after the very legends driving the revival of SS blew it up into pieces, which was around November that year. With the help of my co-council members, I wrote a post that exposed the DCP Oligarchy for the strings they have been pulling behind the scenes (yes peaky blinders thumbnail iykyk). Some of the stunts they tried to pull off were pretty insane, even attempting to coup Beasto, who was leading HF at the time LOL. I’d strongly suggest reading that post if you’d like a fun story about what happened and some context for what I’m about to continue with next, but if not, then it’s fine! People all over the community read it and talked about it. Members of RPF even made a meme video about it, quoting the ending with some Peaky Blinders clips, which was hilarious. I’ll try attaching it below:

People spent lots of time speculating who actually wrote the post, while I told everyone to say that it was either a collective effort or to just pin the blame on Kyle/TD999. I just sat there throughout the whole thing, watching it unfold, all the copes from DCP, saying absolutely nothing about it. This was the absolute pinnacle of scheming behind the scenes, and it was honestly thrilling.

DCP Legend Mustapha10 with his schizo cope response

Alongside my run with SS, I also picked up writing again and rejoined CPA as a reporter in July. By November, I climbed my way to Associate Editor in the CPA team. Back to my journey in HF, I was promoted to Vice Commander on September 7 (which meant more responsibility in HF), and then Leader in Training in December. During this time, I hosted my first major theme, which was the 2024 Christmas theme. There, we raised a record-breaking $355 for our charity event, which is also a memory never to be forgotten. Another unforgettable memory during this time was when I was inducted as a HF Icon after our final battle of Christmas Chaos that year, where we lost against the Doritos that I exposed earlier that year.

Eventually, I was inaugurated as Commander on February 2, 2025. Leading HF was never something I saw coming at the beginning. I stumbled into this place chasing Club Penguin nostalgia, and somehow I’d ended up running the whole thing. So from there, I began co-leading HF alongside Beasto and Jo, and the journey continues from there.

The Rebuild

It was only at the end, as I got ready to close this chapter before my retirement event, that I settled on a name for Generation X, “The Rebuild”. It’s fitting, really, that I’d only see the shape of it once it was over

Once I was promoted to Commander, I tried my best to settle in as quickly as I could. This was because we had the March Madness tournament coming very soon, which was my first major tournament as a Commander. There, we were able to beat the Doritos in the semifinals (getting revenge) and reach the Finals against RPF, where we unfortunately could not secure a win. Shortly after our tournament run, Beasto stepped down from his position as leader, leaving Jo and me running the place.

From there onwards, I made it my goal to rebuild the HF team and make changes to how things would run, which led to revamps within the Staff and Junior Staff team. With more involvement and interest surrounding the currently active public CPPS – Club Penguin Journey, I worked on the Tracking Team, with Kaiya as the head (shoutout Kaiya my goat), a new Staff team and HF’s community involvement. We also introduced a range of new roles and channels in the server to put more structure into how things ran, similar to how HF ran during CPR in 2020.

Soon, the Legends Cup XV came, where we set off our campaign ready to give it our best. We defeated ACP in the Quarter Finals and were about to go against the Aliens, who were strong competitors on CPJ, where we just slightly came up short in the battle. That loss set me back in my plans because I did not factor in the possibility of a loss, but that was a lesson learnt for when organising themes that surround a tournament. Following the tournament, I decided that further effort was required in terms of rebuilding, so I made necessary changes accordingly.

Around June, I was very privileged to have met the famous WetWater, who was a former staff member from 2022-23, a little after I first left. It turned out that she actually applied to be a member of Junior Staff, who got accepted due to her experience and being an exciting prospect. Interacting with her more and more became something that transformed into one of the closest friendships I’ve had to this day, but more on that later!

Eventually, the DCP revival generation, with how they ran, backfired on the Oligarchy, and half their members jumped ship and founded a new army called the Void Troops. Since we were allies while they were in the Secret Service, and I was good friends with many of their leaders, such as AprylKira and Antman, we allied with our armies to reignite what we had before DCP stepped in and tried to manipulate things. It lasted well, with a positive bond between both armies, with diplomatic perks, and we got along way better than we did when they were in SS.

Once October came, we introduced one of the biggest themes of 2025, which was the HF Halloween theme of Skeletons vs Zombies. The amount of planning that went towards it was super fun, and it was a major success, with all sorts of members participating and getting competitive. It’s a shame that the Zombies sucked a lot, but the experience of having both teams go head-to-head with each other was extremely fun.

Next up came our campaign for the Christmas Chaos tournament, alongside our next Winter Theme. It was fun because we brought out all sorts of activities, and another team competition between the Elves and Reindeer. It was in mid-December, when I promoted Runa to Vice Commander in HF, as she displayed her promising qualities as a future leader, stepping up to make a difference in HF.

Our brother alliance with ACP thrived during my leadership, being close friends with Roxy, Daniel, and a lot of their advisory team. At the beginning of 2026, we collaborated with them to end the theme with a large joint Charity event, raising a total of $ 205 USD. We later also collaborated in June for a joint Pride Parade event.

As 2026 went on, we participated in the March Madness, where we reached the Quarterfinals against the Templars, but despite our grand size, we weren’t able to make it through. The months followed as we went through phases like the HF anniversary celebrations, where we brought some old channels back, the Minions theme, and a theme for Valentine’s Day.

There are two main highlights that I want to mention, given how memorable they are. The first is that I promoted Runa to be the next Leader in Training on the 15th of March, which was a major milestone for the next generation of leadership in HF. From there, she was a great help all over HF, and someone that I am personally honoured to have worked with, but I’ll leave the thank-yous to the end of the post. The second highlight was the HF economy reset in May.

After years of bot money inflation, I decided that enough was enough and that we needed to fully reset the HF economy, but not without the approval of the community. So, after announcing an open vote, which ended up with a rough total of 60 votes, we had the overwhelming majority in favour of the reset. So we did it within a week and made it something fun, where we released our gambling theme week, where each helper had the starting point of 50k, and under tough cooldown conditions, a challenge was placed out there to see who could gamble the most money by the end of the theme, with lots of rewards to go around. I really liked this one personally due to how creative it was, credits to Lisa and Juanita for the random idea in bot commands lol.

Following that, we kicked things off with the second phase of the reset, which was the introduction of a new, refurbished shop during the Pride theme we had ongoing. Soon after, though, the Legends Cup XVI tournament awaited us. With the biggest tournament of the year, it couldn’t go without a theme, and we went for a spy theme, with Agents vs Operatives competing for points. Unfortunately, the army community was not what it once was.

In this tournament, several major armies either refused to participate in the tournament or were at least considering it, leaving just 4 major armies in the tournament: HF, WV, ACP and RPF. We gave it our best this year after a long stretch of preparation. Starting with a flawless win against Dark Warriors and a strong fight against ACP in the semifinals, ending it with the 3rd-place battle against WV. Once we wrapped up the tournament, I decided that it was time for me to wrap up my tenure as a leader in HF.

Outside HF, I had reached the top of the CPA media department. In March 2025, I became Editor-in-Chief of CPA, alongside Snork, who didn’t stay for long and joined as an Administrator (and retired shortly after). Then Kira joined me, and I worked with her as a department head the most. During July 2025, with Kira as a major contributor, the media department set a record for the most posts published in a single month, with a total of 105, breaking the previous record set during Scorp’s reign as EiC. A year later, I stepped down from the position in July 2026, after settling in with Kira as admin and Fun X Time as my co-EiC.

Two weeks after the end of Legends Cup, it was time for my retirement event, where I officially announced my decision to step down, with Runa and Jo to lead the army to a greater future. I made sure that they went into things with a solid HCOM team and promising staff. This marked the end of Generation X, The Rebuild, bringing out the opportunity for new beginnings with a new generation.

The Future

I’m obviously not leaving HF, not for the foreseeable future, at least. I’ll be staying around as a Trustee, meaning I’ll still be around in chat, trolling here and there, supporting with events, and helping the leadership out wherever I can. Leading HF was never something I saw myself doing. Being privileged enough to have done it is something I will eternally be grateful for. To the future staff and leaders, if you need any help, advice or even someone to run a silly idea by, I’ll be here to help.

The People

[Skip to here if you don’t want to read all that]

In my 6 years of HF, so many people have left an impact on me that I wish to thank, so I am sincerely trying my best to remember each and every one of you. If I have forgotten you, I sincerely apologise in advance, and you are more than welcome to reach out to me. To some of you, the words I try to put in this post will not do enough justice to how grateful I am for you guys.

Runa (WetWater) – Where do I even start with you lmao. Yes, you helped me a lot with running HF, up until you became a co-leader alongside myself and Jo. But that’s honestly the least of what you mean to me. You have become one of the closest friends I’ve made in my entire time here, the person I could talk to about anything. I got lucky the day our paths crossed, and no retirement will ever change that. Thank you Runa, and I am excited to see you achieve great things in your upcoming generation

Jo – From Legends Cup to leading the army together, you are by far the steadiest person I have ever come across in armies, and you remained consistent in your position. Glad to have had you to share the front line with.

Beasto – Throughout this whole thing, you’ve been like a brother to me. From grinding everything in Legends Cup to you getting me through all the tests and trials that leadership came with. You have done much more, but that will have to stay between just us. Overall though, I owe it all to you and your advice, so thank you, truly.

Ayan – None of this exists without you. What started off with meeting you randomly in the plaza and dragging me into a Discord that I ignored for 6 months somehow ended up with me sticking around for 6 years. It’s the best journey I’ve ever been a part of, and you are to thank for that. You are also to thank for convincing Beasto to re-hire me again in 2024. You’ve been a great mentor and friend, and I am glad to have met you.

Elp – Elp is the greatest. Always was, always will be. Thank you for the chaos, all of it. Please stop spamming me with reels.

Nell – I think I’ve seen you go through it all. From when you were a staff in 2020, to when you were promoted to leader at the end of the year. You went through all sorts of phases over the years, and you’ve seen me go through mine. From being in your staff team to being great friends to this day, I’ll forever cherish our friendship and the memories we’ve made together.

Snowy – Even though you’ve been in HF since 2018, you are one of my oldest ongoing friendships ever. Meeting you after you returned in 2020 sparked a friendship I never saw coming. Friendships that last this long are not very common, and I will never take a second of ours for granted. There are so many things that we have been through, for me to even begin. Thank you for it all.

Scorp – My partner in crime, literally lol. I remember when you first joined HF, and not long after, we became good friends. The legendary Bose DK (and BASEDment Demons)  co-creator and the mastermind behind Ozzy. You have always been the guy I could count on, whether for some advice or to work out some solution to a giant obstacle that might have me stuck. Thanks for always being available.

Ru – Literally my day 1. I remember when we were competing for GoTW together back in 2020, and now look at us. Out of everyone here, you are one of the only people who’ve been around this long. You’ve seen it all, not just the army stuff. I’ve benefitted so much from your advice, optimism, our friendship and even you sitting through helping me with uni work. You have always shown up with as much support as you can give. It is not what you get from the world, It is what you give to the world. I hope you know how deeply I appreciate you.

Juanita – Happy Juanita day! Seriously though, ypur’e great and it’s always locely tp have you around!

Wynn – I’ve always looked up to you and your leadership. You were always reliable for solid advice, and I appreciate everything you’ve ever done.

Joe, Morty, Mayathefirst – You guys are the kind of people who have been around since the beginning, each in your own way. Thank you each for the memories.

Alex, Lucifer, Joonie, Nyxia, Sammie – You guys make the current HCOM team, which is the heart of the community. Under Runa and Jo, you guys are the ones who are carrying HF from here, and I couldn’t be leaving it in better hands. Wishing you all the best on each of your journeys!

Eden – You and I have been through a lot together across the years. I’ve appreciated all of our conversations, and more importantly, the help and advice you have provided me. I support your mission and your project, despite how delayed it’s been. Although we don’t always talk, I’ll always consider you a friend.

Enderlemon, Dhanush & PinguMaliz – You three stood out when I returned to HF. Even though I have very different relationships with each of you, you guys all mean a lot to me.

Foxy, Archana, Miggieskie, and the rest of the 2025 Staff team – You guys made things work back in 2025, with all the events, battles and planning. Thank you all for being part of it.

Kyle, Pandor & TD999/Monstah – I could not leave you guys off this list, especially after our memories in SS Council. Pandor, you are stupid, but someone who’ll always have my respect. Kyle, we first met in DW, where I never expected to go through as many memories as we did. Special thanks to you. Monstah, thanks for getting me on 4th gen lol, it was crazy, and I’m glad it worked out.

FatChicken88 33.23720641149489, 35.243699833111464 (i love u)

Roxy – I first met you in HF when we were both troops in 2020, and you were cheering me on for GoTW. It wasn’t until 3 years later that we became closer and such close friends. You know how much I appreciate you and everything we have been through ever since then. No amount of words would be enough for you.

Daniel20488 – Legendary ACP leader Daniel20488, it’s been a true honour knowing you over the years, even though I wasn’t close with you at first. You are a great guy with super cool interests.

Tia (gugspugs) & Kailey (tubatan) – Had I not met you guys, I wouldn’t have had so many memories. I don’t know how to properly thank you all for it all.

Waddle – I’ve known you for years, even if it was on/off and across multiple different armies, our friendship will always be special to me. I hope you are well if you read this

Cubster/NoChill – top 1% itchbay right here. keep running lol

Bestpenguin – You have been a great ally to HF, and I personally appreciate you sticking by us. You’re a pretty cool and extremely kind guy, who I am glad to have met. I have lots of respect for you and the effort you poured into Aliens.

Apryl & Lia – You guys have been great friends, and we have made so many memories together. VT HCOM VC was the spot bro.

Kira – Sup aircorn. I remember back when you were 16 in the Bronx. You were a crazy little girl running up and down the block. Seeing you grow from doing us dirty in SS to jumping ship from DCP to hop on the VT, all the way till we allied and we ended up working together as EiCs. You are my favourite black woman from the Bronx, so thank you for it all.

Doopus, History, Scars, Alu, T_T – None of you should ever come close to a microphone ever again. I know I didn’t mention Penguin Ponderers in my whole story thing (check out first ep here), mostly because I forgot (it’s been dead lowk), but it’s one of the funnest experiences to have. Extra shoutout to you, Doopus (u know why).

IceQueen1020 – You’re a great person, and we have been great friends in the past. From IW to HF, it’s been a great time knowing you, and I hope you are doing awesome.

Shinde – Although we haven’t spoken in years and there’s like a 1% chance of you seeing this, I wanted to include your name here. You were one of my first friends when I was around in IW back in 2020, when a lot of this was new to me. I hope life is treating you well, wherever it’s taken you.

Mare, Edu14463 & Jojo Teri – The three admins who were there across my EiC run! Mare and Edu, you were there from the beginning, with Jojo later stepping in to keep the energy flowing. It was an absolute honour to have led the media department, even though I was inactive for the latter part of it. I respect you guys and your creativity, and wish you all the best.

In the end, it’s the Helpers who make everything this community has ever done possible. Thank you for every hour you’ve poured into this place, every event and battle you’ve ever shown up to, every joke, bit of ragebait, and troll. This community surely is, or at least at some point has been, genuinely special to each of us. There are a couple of times when, after completing this post, I considered rewriting parts, but I realise that, just like my cringey past, it’s best to leave things as they took place.

And on that note, I am finally done! I can retire in peace now.

Signing off,
Diwix – Former HF Commander
