This week we’ve got a duo that’s top-notch, the ultimate double trouble — Jc and Josh!

Yay this blog long awaited for this duo and we are finally here!!
So how do you guys feel being here together?
Jc: Glad to be here! I was excited to hear that you wanted to interview us
Josh: I feel a bit excited. Can’t wait to, idk, talk about stuff lmao. I’ve read an interview or two, so its gonna be fun

So for our first question…How did you guys first meet?
Jc: well :)))
we met on hf!
Josh: Jc can explain lmao
Jc: In the summer of 2020, Josh and I met on vcs in hf. We were chatting it up and started joining vcs together daily, and we got super close
Ru was there as well
Josh: We legit just spent the entire time talking about random stuff. And then, private server vc, and then eventually, jc asked me out
Jc: I’m pretty sure our first dms were talking about food, I think I was eating microwaved pizza
Oh wow that’s so nice haha
So what would be the thing that attracted both of you to start up a conversation? Or did it just naturally happen?
Josh: Id say it was just natural? She was super fun and was really outspoken in general. It was super easy to keep the convo going with her.
Jc: We also just happened to be in the vc together, it was a group of us just talking together.
Okay so next question, When did you guys plan to meet up IRL? And how was the first meet up? Were you guys scared and nervous or super excited
Josh: Id say the first time we met was in Feb 2023? I had to, unfortunately, leave on Valentines Day, but the time I spent in the US of A was super fun.
I was a bit nervous lmfao, who wouldn’t be tbf? But at the same time, we were both super excited to finally meet each other irl.
Jc: We were both nervous and excited, I remember Josh got lost in the airport and we were facetiming each other trying to figure out where we were. I recognized an area that he walked past, and I started running
I saw him going up an escalator and I just booked it towards him
I crashed into him and gave him a hug, and he seemed so confused that I was scared I ran up to the wrong person
eventually he realized it was me and hugged back lmfaoo
I started pulling him across the airport cause I didnt wanna have to pay more for parking 💀 but also I was just really excited that it was real and happening
but we had a lot of fun, I showed him around, he met my family and my cat

In that same timespan you must have visited alot of places right? Which place overall would have your favorite memory or you had the most fun in?
Jc: honestly? I had work 💀
and josh was only here a week
so pretty much we fit it all in two days
but I showed him around the bay area, as many spots as we had time for
the whole thing was really exciting, but we definitely went out the most on the last two days so I’d have to say that was the best part
Josh: Legit, favourite memory was just us watching Attack on Titan at her house. I also did enjoy going to the CBD, but anime and food is just such a clean vibe
Jc: im sorry did you just call the city the cbd 💀
Josh: Americans sigh
Jc: anyway, yeah when we weren’t going places we stayed at my place and watched shows, movies, and had food
as well as playing with my cat
Haha that’s nicee..okay so the next question will be a bit funny
So if you ever go on dates, does the Gentleman need to pay after the end of a date? And is he going to pay for the next time too?
Jc: I paid for a majority of it HAHA

Josh: I suppose it was when we made the entire Iceberg room into a purple mess. It was with all of the old era staff in HFI. So much fun lmfaooo. Let me see it i can find the picture
Fun fact: by that time, Club Penguin Snow wasnt a thing because of Flash or whatever. So only staff could get the gear since they had to use commands
Jc: I think my birthday, august 2020, we had a big vc and all just hung out together, and soon after I asked josh out hehe

Yeah the takeovers are always so fun.. So moving on What are the qualities you admire the most about each other? And if there was one thing you could change about the other. What would it be?
Jc: ill answer changing first, easily long distance
Josh: 1) Yes. All of it. Yes.
2) Long distance and ig maybe her sleep schedule.
Jc: There’s so much I admire about Josh honestly, it’s hard to pick just a few things. First off, he’s hilarious, partially the reason I fell in love with him in the first place. He’s so kind and empathetic, he knows exactly what to say to make me feel better. I also admire how he talks about things he’s enthusiastic about. I could genuinely go on for ages but I dont think people are gonna want to read a block of text haha.

Awh that’s nice..now What is one of the dorkiest things about each other that you like? 🤭
Jc: When he says a really bad joke and just waits for me to start cracking up. He just gets the dorkiest grin on his face and I love it
Josh: Id say maybe her enthusiasm for music and food. Personally, music isnt my forte. But when jc gets super into it, she goes on a massive rant/lecture/explanation that goes so in-depth that I’m just left wondering what else is in her brain lol. Her enthusiasm is so dorky, it just makes you want to hug her
Moving on, do you have a combined to do list? If yes, then what is one thing in the list that you want to do first?
Josh: We don’t have a to-do list yet. At least not a combined one. We both agreed that it would be one of those things that just happened once we married and moved in together.
Ooo so next question, what would you want your relationship tag to be?
Josh: I genuinely dont remember ours. It was so long ago
Jc: wasnt it jace or smth like that

Josh: Rapunzel
Jc: come on youve got the easy one
i have long hair 💀
Josh: Ofc ofc. Jc is very very much like Rapunzel. Not just the hair, but also personality-wise and habit-wise
She is very much into singing, and somewhat into painting stuff. Loves cooking and reading stories and books. Has a cat who’s basically just like the chameleon (atleast by expression), and has the longest hair ever
Jc: Karma from assassination classroom, I know thats not disney or pixar but he’s got the same sass, the humor, the competitiveness, and personality as him
Haha So jc is Rapunzel and Josh is Karma anazingg..
You guys always are matching as the team rocket duo Jessie and James…Do you think your partner has any matching personality as their character?
Josh: As Jessie? Jc is kinda like her in many ways. She’s also very sing-songy sometimes, very competitive. Hates losing but is also compassionate.
Jc: Josh is similar to James in multiple ways. He loves Pokémon (is very knowledgable about them and is competitive), has good humor and comebacks, and is also very loyal to people he cares about (or makes deals to but thats more james).

We got another sweet couple on our hands here, that much is clear <33 So thank you guys very much indeed, but it’s time we proceed. The time for the Double Trouble Friendship Test has arrived! What’s more fun (or less boring), shopping for clothes or food?
Jc: probably cook at home, I have problems with dairy and it’s a challenge tryna find places to eat sometimes
Josh: probably cook at home, but depends on occasion and tiredness
Would you rather cook at home or go to a restaurant?
Jc: food for sure, but I do like seeing what clothes there are for fun
Josh: Mix of both. She likes hoodies and sweaters, but she also loves buying small snacks throughout the week to munch on
What would you rather learn/master: a new language, a new musical instrument, or a new sport?
Jc: I want to choose instrument and language, I love playing instruments like ukulele, piano, and guitar, but I feel like it’s significantly easier to learn instruments (personally) since I already know how to play a few of them. However, I feel like I’d open up a lot more opportunities if I learned Malayalam with Josh (which I really want to if he decides to teach me!!!!) or Spanish. Not considering sports cause I have asthma
Josh: probably a new musical instrument. Though she might agree to a new language if i convince her enough.
What do you prefer watching? Movies, series, or videos (e.g. youtube)/documentaries?
Jc: I watch youtube a lot, I’ve been watching specific creators for probably 10 years now? I love watching gaming, with games that I’ve played as well as ones I dont have the platforms for. There’s certain shows I’ve been following for years on Netflix like Stranger Things (still waiting on that season to come out) and Umbrella Academy. I like watching movies but Josh is definitely the movie nerd. I’ll watch movies but there’s tons of movies that ppl have asked me if I’ve seen them and I just havent
Josh: Also mostly a yes. Though less likely to watch series since she’s more busier nowadays and doesnt want to invest too much time
What’s your favourite animal?
Jc: I have to go with cat, I’m very biased because I have one of my own, but I’ve always loved cats.

Jc: Christmas for both of us. I used to say Halloween but finding candy without milk is a challenge

Jc: He’d 100% say language. I want to teach him how to play instruments but he’s not much of a music person, however if he wants to learn I’d teach him.
