Hello Helpers!!! Welcome back to another edition of Food for Every Soul, a series by myself where I interview people from Help Force about their favorite and famous recipes! For this post, I decided to interview the sweet, funny, ketchup loving, cat loving, future Commander, and birthday ticks of the force because today is actually his birthday: HF General Mantiuxx!

I started off by asked him some questions about this recipe!

Hello Mantiuxx! Thank you for joining us today for an interview! Can you tell us what recipe you will be talking about today?

Mantiuxx: A banana bread recipe! :huehue:

Why is this recipe important to you, is it a family recipe, or any history/story behind it?

Mantiuxx: My mom and me would always make this bread, we usually make it in form of cake, and its really cheap so saves a lot of money instead of buying a cake

Next comes the best part the Recipe!!! (As described by Mantiuxx)

Ingredients

3 bananas (wet ingredient)
2 cups of flour (dry ingredient)
1 teaspoon of salt (dry ingredient)
1 teaspoon of baking powder (dry ingredient)
1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate (dry ingredient)
1/2 cup of butter (wet ingredient)
1 cup of sugar (wet ingredient)
2 eggs (wet ingredient)
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla (wet ingredient)
1 spoon of milk (wet ingredient)

Bake at 180C / 356F for approximately 30 minutes

Banana Bread

» Mix all the dry ingredients in a bow, and mix the wet ingredients in another bowl

» Mix all the ingredients in a larger bowl

» Place the mix in a baking mold (with butter so that the bread doesnt stick to the mold)

» Place the mold in the oven and wait! (approximately 30 minutes, but it can be more if you want)

» Enjoy!

Do you have any tips or tricks on making it or why people may like this recipe, or any memories from it?

Mantiuxx: I like to bake this in a round shape, so that it gives more portions, I also like to add chocolate pieces or chocolate chips to it for better flavour 😋

Thank you for sharing this amazing yummy recipe with us Mantiuxx!

Mantiuxx: np :PandaLove:, great birthday post :yoyomepenguin:
