The Club Penguin Journey Summer Splashdown Party 2026 is here! In this guide, we’ll show you the free items, hidden catalogue items, party quests, quest prize, stamps, mascots and secrets you can find throughout the party.
And umh, Europe could do with a splashdown right now… where has all the rain gone?
However, Penguin Island has gone completely splishy, splashy and summer mad, with every room getting soaked in summer vibes. There are tons of items to collect and buy, quests to complete, stamps to earn and plenty more to dive into during the party.
The Summer Splashdown Party runs until August 24th, 2026, so make sure to complete the quests and collect the party items before it ends!
I won’t keep you waiting tho, grab your swimming costume, slap on some sunscreen and let’s make a splash!

CP Journey Summer Splashdown Party 2026 Free Items
1. Surfboard Pin
This one isn’t really related to the party, but it’s still available, so make sure to grab it if you don’t already have it! Head to the Cove, open the Game Upgrades Catalogue, and you’ll find the Surfboard Pin inside.
2. Water Blaster
The Water Blaster can be found on the right of The Lookout!
To reach The Lookout, go to the Welcome Room and enter the Tour HQ through the new path were the arrows are. Once inside, head upstairs to find The Lookout and the Water Blaster.
3. Ice Cream Apron
The Ice Cream Apron can be found next to the purple octopus sprinkler in the Forest!
4. Froggle – Ice Pond
You can adopt a free Froggle at the Ice Pond!
To reach the Ice Pond, go to the Ski Village and enter the Ski Lodge. Use the green “Gone Fishing” door at the back of the room. There you will find the Froggles!
5. Cadence Background
You can get a free background from Cadence.
You will need to access her player card either from the friend list or when she visits the island. As usual, there are no guaranteed mascot visiting times, but we track mascot sightings on our Discord server, so join in!
6. Golden Ice Cream
You can also get the Golden Ice Cream for free by completing The Legendary Golden Ice Cream quest during the party!

Summer Splashdown Party Catalogue & Hidden Items
The Summer Splashdown catalogue is packed with party items to pick up! You can get to it via the menu above, right by the quests icon
There you’ll find plenty of fun summer outfits to pick up, plus a hidden item! Pick up the Travel Brochure for 100 coins, it is hidden in the sun of the first fold.

Party Quests for the CP Journey Summer Splashdown Party 2026
The Summer Splashdown Party has a range of quests to complete, from quick and easy challenges to some that require a little teamwork. Here’s how to complete them all!
Easy Quests
1. CANNONBALL!!!
Get launched by The Whale
Head to the Iceberg and enter The Whale on the left. Step onto its breathing hole and wait to be launched across the island! wEEEEEEEE!
2. Frosty Treats to Beat the Heat
Serve ice cream to 5 penguins at the Forest
Head to the Forest and put on the Ice Cream Apron to start serving orders. You can find it on the rack on your left.
It works like a mini job, where penguins place an order and you serve the correct ice cream. You only need to successfully serve 5 penguins to complete the quest.
3. Lazy Lounging Langour
Complete a full lap of the lazy river while wearing a floatie
Put on a floatie, sit in the lazy river and complete a full lap through the Dock, Ski Village and Beach. You can start anywhere along the route, but you need to stay on for the entire lap. Do not switch tabs or go AFK, as you need to keep floating for it to count.
It takes a little while, so be patient and let the river carry you all the way around.
To get a rubber duck, you can just buy one from the The Summer Splashdown Catalogue or just use any of the ones you might already have in your inventory.
4. Southern Shoutout
“Chill” out in the Ski Lodge
Head to the Ski Lodge and use the freezing/cold emote. As simple as it gets.
5. Prime Real Estate
Like 5 beach location igloos
Visit 5 different beach-themed igloos and give each one a like. You can do this really fast if you just go to the igloo list and pick random igloos. Just make sure they have the beach location.
6. Partying Rain or Shine
Activate the Rainmaker 3000
Head to the Gift Shop and click the large button on the Rainmaker 3000 to make it rain.
Medium Quests
1. Is this Card-Jitsu Water…?
Win a round of Card-Jitsu in the Dojo
Head to the Dojo and win one round of Card-Jitsu to complete the quest. You do not need to win it only using water or anything, just a normal game you need to win.
2. Perfect Parlor Performance
Play with a full band at the Pizza Parlor
Head to the Pizza Parlor, equip an instrument and join a full band of penguins! The easiest way to complete this is on a busy server, where there’s a good chance other penguins are already trying to form a band. Your group needs to be playing an Electric Bass, Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Tuba, Drumsticks, Snare Drum and Trumpet, so keep an eye on what’s missing and let people know which instrument is still needed.
If you don’t have an instrument yet, you can pick one up at the Lighthouse before heading over.
3. Steadfast Spiller
Get the big bucket to tip at the Mine Shack
Head to the Mine Shack and throw water balloons at the marked spot to slowly fill the giant bucket. Keep throwing until you see the water start flowing through the pipe. Once it does, stop throwing water balloons and wait while the bucket fills, the plants grow and it eventually tips over.
You will probably hate this quest! People tend to spam the balloons instead of waiting, which can make it much harder to complete. It works best when everyone is patient and collaborates, so if the room is chaotic, try again later on a quieter server.
Hard Quests
1. Overcapacity
Ride the Lighthouse Slide with 10 penguins at once
Gather 10 penguins at the Lighthouse and ride the slide together. You need to wear a rubber duck for this!
The easiest way is to wait at the Beacon until a group of 10 has formed, then all head down the slide at roughly the same time. On a busy server, you might get lucky and complete it without much planning, but otherwise a little teamwork goes a long way. 💙😉
Again, you can get them from the The Summer Splashdown Catalogue.
2. Splash Showdown
Hit 25 different penguins with water balloons
Go to a busy party room and throw water balloons at 25 different penguins. Hitting the same penguin repeatedly won’t count, so you’ll need plenty of different targets. You can complete this in any room, but I found the Beach works really well because penguins are constantly floating around the infinity pool and coming down the slide, giving you a steady stream of new people to hit.
3. The Legendary Golden Ice Cream
Find the Golden Ice Cream
To get this one, just head to the Forest. There you need to either serve or order 25 ice creams!
Use E + W or E + Q to bring up the ice cream emotes and keep using them as you explore the party. If the emotes stop registering, simply leave and re-enter the room and try again.
You only need to complete this within one session, so there’s no need to stand in one spot and grind it out. You can work on it naturally as you make your way around the island, and both serving and ordering ice cream count.
Remember that to serve you only need to wear an apron and it is just to the right side of the room 🙂
Extreme Quests
1. Thrill Seeker Completionist
Ride down every slide on the island
Find and ride every slide available around the island during the Summer Splashdown Party. Make sure you actually ride each one rather than simply visiting its room!
There are 9 slides in total:
1. The Lookout – Red Slide
2. The Lookout – Green Slide
3. Book Room
4. Town – On top of the Gift Shop
5. Pizza Parlor
6. Beacon
7. Forest – Slippery Slide
8. Ski Hill
9. Ski Lodge Attic

CP Journey Summer Splashdown Party 2026 Stamps
The Summer Splashdown Party comes with just a few party stamps to collect.
Easy
The Explorer Stamp
To earn this stamp, you’ll need to visit every decorated room during the party.
The easiest way is to follow a route around the island: start at the Welcome Room, then head through the Tour HQ and Lookout before making your way to the Ski Village, Ski Hill, Ski Lodge, Lodge Attic and Pond. From there, continue to the Beach, Lighthouse, Beacon, Dock and Town, then visit the Coffee Shop, Book Room, Dance Club, Dance Lounge, Boiler Room, Old Boiler Room and Underground Pool. Next, stop by the Gift Shop, Snow Forts, Plaza, Pizza Parlor, Puffle Park, Forest, Cove, Mine Shack and Dojo. Finally, head to the Iceberg and visit The Whale to finish the route.
The Snack Shack Stamp
To earn this stamp, use any food emote at a snack booth. You can use the Forest ice cream booth, Cove ice cream stand, or Plaza lemonade and ice cream stand. You only need to use one to get the stamp.
Hard
Mascots and Mascot Stamps
The Cadence Stamp
To earn this stamp, you need to be in the same room as Cadence during one of her visits to the island. From her player card you will get a free background!
Keep an eye on mascot meetup announcements and server pings so you don’t miss her! There are no guaranteed mascot visiting times, but we track mascot sightings on our
Discord server.
