Jompy The Rat “Ketchup Wars” Pt. I

In the heart of a bustling city, there lived a plucky rat named Jompy. Now, Jompy was no ordinary rat – he had a peculiar aversion to ketchup. While most rats reveled in the crumbs of discarded fast food, Jompy had declared a personal war against the notorious red condiment.

The city’s dumpsters were a rat’s paradise, but not for Jompy. He would skillfully navigate his way around any ketchup spill, his tiny nose wrinkling in disgust at the sight and smell. Rumor had it that a particularly traumatic incident involving an oversized ketchup bottle had left Jompy scarred for life.

One fateful day, the city announced a grand street fair, attracting a multitude of food vendors offering delectable treats. As the aroma of various cuisines wafted through the air, Jompy’s stomach growled in anticipation. However, his enthusiasm waned as he caught sight of a ketchup stand – a towering fortress of ketchup bottles in various sizes and colors.

Determined not to let the red menace ruin his feast, Jompy donned a miniature suit of armor made from discarded soda cans. With a crinkling of aluminum, he ventured forth, tiny sword in paw, ready to face the ketchup onslaught.
