Welcome back to Nap Segment Insights, a weekly series dedicated to everyone’s favorite type of seg: napping! I’m sorry for not updating last week; in order to know what I’m writing about, I decided to take a nap. Unfortunately, that nap turned into a coma and I think I broke the world record for longest time asleep.
Moving on. Last week, Maya, Wynn, and I weren’t doing well living on the road. We decided to come back to Help Force, but on one tiny condition: free cookies. Obviously our request got denied, but we came back anyway. There’s only so long you can sleep on the side of the road with a family of possums.

(Anything is free if you’re fast enough. Most of you may recall that stealing is what caused this whole mess in the first place, but that’s not relevant right now.)

While we were gone, apparently Elp banned nap segs. He also banned sleeping entirely. The good news is that he decided to give staff coffee, but the bad news is that certain mods get too hyper when they’re on caffeine and in the past 24 hours the staff lounge has been on fire seven times. Next time I think I’m just going to let it burn down. There’s only so many buckets of water a person can carry.
Additionally, a passel of possums is now living in our meeting room. They’re supposed to help us concentrate, but so far all they’ve done is chew through the cables and cause a power outage.

Recently we learned that the commander’s lounge has a cookie machine in it. Rumor says that that’s where Elp gets his cookies from, but I like to believe that he gets them the old-fashioned way: outside in a bush, like nature intended.
About the cookie vending machine, we’re sending a puffle in to investigate. I plan to update, but I feel like they might catch on to the fact that I’m teaching people how to break in and enter the secret staff rooms. It’s not technically against the rules, but jail is only fun for so long. If I disappear you’ll know what happened. Until then, happy stealing! 😀
