  • HF Beacon is Back! Our weekly newspaper is back (for a long time hopefully).
  • De-lice-ous Awards! This week we finally got the nominees for this awards! Make sure to vote in #voting for whoever you think deserves these awards.
  • Lightbulb Warriors! Today we had our fun and colourful Sunday Mega Event, stay tuned for next week’s events!

Gamer Of The Week

This week Primce_Ax won the prestigious award of Gamer of the Week! The HF Beacon team reached out to him for comment on his award:

“If you wanna get GOTW, the aim for it is believe in yourself, don’t just do it for GOTW, make sure its fun for you and don’t grind, have as much as fun possible for yourself and the community. “

“Tundra and Polly”

In a large igloo once lived a lazy young penguin called Tundra. She woke up in the afternoon, ate her meals and then went back to bed. She had a lovely puffle named Polly. Polly watched this lazy fellow and was puzzled by her.
One day, she asked Tundra, “Don’t you get tired of lying in bed all day and all night? The sun has been out for hours, and people have finished half their day’s work! Why are you so lazy?” Tundra yawned and answered, “Every morning when I wake up, two friends whisper in my ears. One friend is Hard Work and the other is Laziness. Hard Work says, ‘Wake up! There is so much to do today. Time is passing by, don’t waste it by sleeping!’ But Laziness says, ‘Why the hurry to wake up? Sleep some more. Why should you work while there are others to work hard?’”
Tundra continued, “I listen patiently to both my friends. All my time goes by like that and so, I keep lying in bed for a long time.
“Oh really? That must be very annoying for sure,” Polly said.
“Well actually, I made that up. I just really like sleeping.”
