Monika:
Welcome welcome Chloe! It’s pretty cool have you here!
Chloe:
Monika:
Let’s start with the typical question… When did you join HF?
Chloe:
I joined HF on 4th July, little did I know what I was about to get myself into… and im so glad I did.
Monika:
I still remember telling you to comment on the posts when you were new :”)… What’s your rank now?
Chloe:
I remember that so well, I was so fresh and confused and you pointed me in the right direction! My current rank now is Tier 3 Higher Brigadier.
Monika:
Oh wow! That’s really amazing! Wait… didn’t you have another name when you first joined HF?
Chloe
Haha yes I didmy original name was 2k76 named after my penguin on cpr
Monika:
KNEW IT!! What was your first impression of HF?
Chloe:
Ngl, overwhelming:,) at first I was so confused and didn’t know what to expect, but shortly after I was welcomed in and realised that everyone was so lovely and helpful (ironic) I felt so relieved that I was here and could be part of something so amazing!
Monika:
We’re also so happy to have you here! Do you have a favourite memory with the Helpers or the whole army? Anything you really remember
Chloe:
I have so many amazing memories I couldn’t list them all. But my most favourite and recent memory was the first practice battle I participated in. The hype you get from winning a battle and being able to celebrate after a solid win will never get old
Monika:
Battles are truly the best indeed! What’s the best part, for you, about the group?
Chloe:
Best part of HF for me is just the sense of community and positivity everyone has. I also love a bit of chaos so that too
Monika:
From positivism to disaster LOL, that’s HF! Who is someone you look up to?
Chloe:
So cliché I know but honestly everyone puts in so much time and effort to HF that it’s hard to pick just one Rooboo has been so amazing to me when I was going through a rough patch and I can’t put into words how much that meant to me And you moni, gave me such an uplifting speech and supported me from day one
Monika:
That’s so sweet of you chloe ! Now let’s move a bot and tell us what you like to do irl!
Chloe:
In my spare time, if I’m not at work helping poorly animals all day then I’m usually outdoors doing something sporty. I’m a black belt in karate (a real life ninja, cool right) and train a lot for that or hanging out with friends when I can
Monika:
Wait… so you work helping animals?
Chloe:
Yes, I work in my dream job as a veterinary nurse, whilst also studying for my second degree in anaesthesia and surgical medicine best job ever!
Monika:
That’s really cool! What’s the thing that made you choose veterinary nurse?
Chloe:
I grew up with lots of animals in the family, so it was a no brainer that I wanted to work with animals in some way. I found my passion in being able to care for them and nursing was the way. I also get to cuddle cute puppies.. what’s not to like about that haha
Monika:
Omg omg omg! CUTE PUPPIES what a great life! But you also work with other animals, right?
Chloe:
Oh yes, from snakes to horses and everything in between, I’ve done it all. Even treated a goldfish once too
Monika:
That’s pretty amazing, woah! And now you’re doing a second degree. You can really make everything work :0 tell me your secret haha… and KARATEEEE WOOOO did it take long for you to get the black belt? Or isnt it so easy like on cp
Chloe:
My secret is sleep and lots and lots of tea if you’re passionate about something you’ll make it work! I wish it was as easy irl as it is on cp6 years and many many bruises later I got my black belt!
Monika:
You must be a tea lover by now! And pretty good black belt after all the bruises and trainings! Do you also participate in tournaments?
Chloe:
I’m surprised I’m not sick of it yet! I used to compete once a month but sadly because of the current situation right now, I’ve not been able to, hoping to get back into it next year and be better than ever.
Monika:
True true, well at least we got to have you in the army! Are you thinking of getting GoTW sometime in the future?
Chloe:
I tried for GoTW once against stemv (very deserved winner ) and that was tough. I don’t have HF syndrome yet and I appreciate my sleep too much I’m not aiming for it rn, but definitely some time in the near future
Monika:
Fair enough! Anything you want to tell the readers?
Chloe:
Have fun, enjoy every moment you’ve got, don’t take life to seriously and attend those segs and events
Monika:
TY SO MUCH FOR BEING HERE TODAY CHLOE!
Chloe:
Thank you so much for taking the time to interview me
