Food for Every Soul

Hello Helpers! Welcome back to another edition of Food for Every Soul by me, Mayathefirst! In this series, I interview people from the Help Force about their favorite and famous recipes. For this week’s recipe, I decided to bring back a special friend of mine, who always has a recipe on hand! HF’s Power Troop and Dynasty: Plotter!

I started by asking the Plotter some questions about the recipe that he decided to share with us today!

Welcome, Plotter, to our recipe series interview today! Can you tell us what recipe you will be telling us about?

Plotter: So this is Soy Sauce Butter Pasta, something that I like making when my mum isn’t around because it’s quick to prepare (besides the pasta) and you could add in anything based on what you feel like eating, so super flexible!

Can you tell us why this recipe is important to you, and is there any history or story behind it?

Plotter: I think I have always used this recipe since the time my mum taught me how to cook pasta or use the stove. Essentially, it became one of those reliable survival meals if I’m running out of options HAHA!

Here is the moment we’ve all been waiting for, the recipe for this amazing recipe by Plotter!

1. So first is to prepare any type of pasta – I recommend something that isn’t too thick but holds sauce or seasoning well. Fusilli is a better option than penne!
2. Next, instead of oil, we use salted butter, cause that straight up tastes so good, and we can reduce the amount of salt we have to end up using.
3. Right afterwards, it would be good if you add whatever toppings you like – I prefer using spicy chorizo sausages or some shredded chicken. Maybe people can add peas and carrots too!
4. During this, maybe some garlic paste or onion is good too.
5.  Once this is put together, finally, you add a splash of soy sauce – not drowning it, but enough to coat everything a little.
6. I like adding some black pepper and tossing everything around, and then plating it! 🔥 So good!

Do you have any tips or tricks on making it, or why people may like this recipe, or any memories from it?

Plotter: Well, there’s simply more emphasis on the type of pasta you use, whether you want it to be more dry or perhaps adding in more toppings, but I like mine pretty simple, so I just add 2 max.

And with that, we’ve reached the end of the post. I know you wanted to read more XD, but I will be back next time with more fresh and delicious content. If anyone would like to share a recipe with us, DM me with your ideas!

Bon Appetit! <3
