Food for Every Soul

Hello Helpers! Welcome back to another edition of Food for Every Soul by myself, Mayathefirst! In this series I interview people from the Help Force about their favorite and famous recipes. For this week’s recipe, I decided to interview one of our new staff member: HF General: GeoIonut!

I started off by asking him some questions about the recipe that Geo decided to share with us today!

Welcome Geo to our recipe series interview! Can you tell us what recipe you will talking about today?

Geo: I will be talking about a Pasta with Tomato, Zucchini, Ham and Cooking Cream!

Can you tell us why this recipe is important to you? Is it a family recipe, and is there any history or story behind it?

Geo: This recipe is important to me because it is very tasty. I know the recipe from my sister, who for me is a role model in life

But here comes the best part, the recipe! (As explained by Geo!)

Ingredients:
» 500g of pasta
» 250g of ham
» 120g Zucchini
» 80g Tomato
» 100g cooking cream
Method of Preparation:
1. Put boiling water in a pot. when the water is boiling cook the pasta. while the pasta is cooking, saute the diced zucchini and ham.
2. While the pasta is cooking, boil the chicken and tomatoes a little in the pasta water. then you take them out, cut them into cubes and add them on top of the zucchini and ham.
3. When the ingredients are about 50% fried, add cooking cream and leave on fire for another 5 minutes

Do you have any tips or tricks on making it or why people may like this recipe, or any memories from it?

Geo: I remember the first time my sister made me this pasta (I was 12 years old) it was sensational… tip: put love

Thank you Geo for sharing this recipe, do you have anything you would like to add before we finish?

Geo: Yes, try it yourself to see how good it is! :)))

With that, we’ve reached the end of the post. I know you wanted to read more XD but I will be back next time with more fresh and delicious content. If anyone would like to share a recipe with us, DM me with your ideas!

Bon Appetit! <3
