Well now, partner, reckon we gotta kick things off with the best part of any shindig, and of course it’s free goodies!

Free Items

You’ll find two free items waitin’ for you. They are mighty fine backgrounds to set the scene just right for your adventure.

1. The Western Sunset Background sets the scene down at The Dock  in decorated 😉 canyon.

2. The Stagecoach Background rides through The Forest, weaving past prickly cacti. Steer clear of their juice, partner; word is it causes mighty strange mirages out here. ☀️

General Store Catalogue Secrets

Hidden in the General Store catalogue, just atop your navigation, you’ll find some sneaky snakes slitherin’ about. Don’t worry, these snek plushies won’t bite, but they sure know how to coil up some style! There is also a mighty good hat for yall.

• Purple Snake Plushie
• Lesson Hat

Other non hidden items: Wild West Hat, Dark Green Mask, Absurdly Large Mustache, Pink Paisley Bandana, Wild West Vest, Wild West Boots and Boot Costume.

 

Party Quests for the CPJ Western Party 2025

Easy Quests

1) Watch the tumbleweed pass by at the Town

For this just in the Town with cowboys and cowgirls and soon you’ll a tumbleweed rollin’ by from right to left.

Cowgirl tip:  Just AFK for a few minutes and this quest will autocomplete.

2) Find a good hiding spot for a snowball fight

For this quest, head to the Snow Forts and hide behind/in a bale. Even with a big cowboy hat on, you’ll stay perfectly hidden!

3) Find a Cowboy Puffle decoration

Get on walkin’ east to the Plaza. Just click the blue puffle on the Pet Shop sign, he’s wearing a cowboy hat now! Click on him and that’s the quest!

4) Sit with a friend on a couple of rocking horses

This quest’s in the Plaza too. Sit on the rocking horses in the bottom right with another penguin.

Cowgirl Tip: No need to be friends, just both sit down to complete it!

Medium Quests

1) Gather around the campfire with 10 penguins

Waddle down to the Cove and gather ‘round the ol’ campfire with 9 cowpenguins to finish this quest.

2) Dress up as cowboys or cowgirls with 10 penguins

Throw on a cowboy hat and shirt, then head to any busy room on Blizzard to complete this quest.

Cowgirl Tip: You’ll likely finish this one while doin’ other quests, so no need to chase it down. Just let it happen while ridin’ through a busy server! Just make sure to wear at least two cowboy items.
3) E+T for some root tootin’ with 20 penguins {bugged}

This one’s currently bugged as of 26/07, but the goal is simple: get 20 penguins together and press E+T to toot!

Cowboy Tip:The Dance Club’s your best bet. Plenty of folks are already usin’ emotes there for another quest, so it’s easy to rope in a crowd for the toot!

4) There’s a snake in my boot!

For this one just wear the Boot Costume and either the Green or Purple Snake Plushie. Both are hidden in the General Store catalog up top.

Hard Quests

1) Swing your lasso with 25 penguins

Grab your Lasso from the Penguin Style catalog and head to the Dance Club. There, dance with 25 penguins wearing just the Lasso to complete the quest!

Cowgirl tip: Use the cowboy emote while dancin’ to rope in tree quests at once because special dances also count! Two of these are extreme quests.

2) Throw a snowball at 10 buddies

This one’s a bit pesky. You’ll need 10 friends for it. Either bring your posse or start addin’ folks fast. Once they’re on your list, just toss snowballs their way to complete the quest!

Cowgirl tip:  I added folks first, then threw snowballs once they accepted. It seems cumulative, so even if they’ve left the room, you’re good. Works quickly on a busy server!

Extreme Quests

1) Have a hoedown with 30 penguins at the Dance Club

Waddle to the Dance Club and dance with 29 other cowpenguins to complete the quest.

Cowgirl tip: Special dances count, so swing your lasso and use the cowboy emote to triple your quest completion actions

2) Use the cowboy emote with 30 penguins

For this one, you’ll need 29 other penguins doin’ the cowboy emote alongside you. The best spots to round ’em up is the Dance Club.

Cowgirl tip: If you tab out for a bit and come back, all the recent emotes will pop up at once, boostin’ your chances to get the quest.

The Quest Prize 

Well done! You earned it!

Stamps

It ain’t a proper hoedown without some stamps to wrangle up! This time, folks, there’s just one to lasso, so make it count!

Explorer Stamp

To earn the Explorer stamp, dust off your boots and hit the trail  of all decorated rooms during the party. These are:
Cove, Dance Club, Docks, Forest, Lookout, Plaza, Snow Forts, Tour HQ, Town and the Welcome Room

Once you’ve entered all of them, the stamp is yours!

Mascots

There ain’t no official mascots ridin’ into town for this party.

Conclusion

That’s a wrap on the wildest CPJ Western Party 2025 Guide. We got rugged gear and sneaky snakes, saw tumbleweeds rollin’ by and wrangled some quests! There’s plenty of adventure for every cowboy and cowgirl despite it being a smaller party than usual as the Dev team cooks up something big for us soon.
